Prime has always strived to be more than just a financial institution. It has always valued its employees and has offered ongoing support for their career success. We have mentors to offer career guidance and help employees understand employers’ expectations. Thanks to the support of local business and our partners, we have achieved enormous success, placing approximately 200 persons part-time and full-time since 1992 in our offices in Egypt, UAE and KSA. Being involved in Prime is rewarding in that our work promotes leadership skills, as well as creates role models and financial community leaders for future generations. Moving forward, we aim to extend our services to as many areas as possible. Among the leading projects Prime holding is currently developing is Prime Qatar for financial services.
